1. Acceptance
By using ClipForge AI you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, don't use the service.
2. The service
ClipForge AI is a SaaS that uses AI to cut long videos into short, shareable clips. Features, limits and pricing may evolve.
3. Your account
- You must be 13+ (or the minimum age in your country) to use ClipForge AI.
- Keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
4. Your content
- You retain all rights to videos you upload and clips we generate.
- You grant us a limited license to process, store and transform your content solely to deliver the service.
- You warrant you have the rights to any content you upload.
- You must not upload illegal, infringing, or abusive content. We may remove such content and terminate accounts.
5. Acceptable use
No scraping, reverse engineering, abusing rate limits, or using ClipForge AI to create content that violates platform rules (TikTok, IG, YouTube, etc.).
6. Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly via Paystack. Prices are in USD and may change with 30 days' notice. Failed payments may suspend access.

8. Disclaimers
ClipForge AI is provided "as is." We don't guarantee viral results, uptime, or that AI-generated clips will be error-free. AI can misinterpret — always review before publishing.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
