1. 7-day money-back guarantee
If you're dissatisfied with your first paid subscription, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.
2. What's refundable
- The first paid month of any plan (Starter, Pro, Agency) if requested within 7 days.
- Pro-rata refunds for our mistakes (extended outages, billing errors).
3. What isn't
- Subsequent billing cycles after your first month.
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations.
- Usage-based overages that have already been consumed.
4. How to request
Email adebayopeter812@gmail.com from the email on your account, with the subject "Refund request". We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days via Paystack.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
