ClipForge AI ("we", "us", "our") operates baycreativeservices.pro. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: email address, name (when you sign up).
- Uploaded content: videos you upload and clips we generate. Stored encrypted on Cloudflare R2.
- Usage data: IP address, browser, device, timestamps, feature usage.
- Payment data: processed by Paystack. We never see or store your card details.
2. How we use it
- To process your videos into clips.
- To provide, maintain, and improve the service.
- To communicate product updates (you can unsubscribe anytime).
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers required to run ClipForge AI: Supabase (auth/database), Cloudflare R2 (storage), Modal (AI processing), Paystack (payments), Anthropic (AI model — transcripts only, no video content).
4. Your uploads
You own your content. We use it only to generate clips for you. You can delete uploads and clips at any time from your dashboard. Deletions are permanent within 30 days.
5. Retention
Uploads are kept for 30 days by default, then auto-deleted. Clips you generate are kept for the lifetime of your account. Account data is kept until you delete the account.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing adebayopeter812@gmail.com.
7. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users of any material breach promptly.
